Report an AI concern

RoseRx builds conversational AI systems for the healthcare industry, and we take safety seriously. If you have experienced or observed a problem with a RoseRx AI system, for example an incorrect or unsafe response, a privacy concern, or any other harmful behavior, we want to know about it. The form can be submitted anonymously.

Every report is reviewed by RoseRx's Artificial Intelligence Management Leader and AI Working Group. Reports are triaged for safety impact, investigated, and tracked through to corrective action where warranted. Because reports can be anonymous, we cannot always respond to you individually, but every report is read and acted on.

RoseRx does not tolerate retaliation of any kind against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.

Please do not include personal health information (yours or anyone else's) in your report, describe the problem without identifying details. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services rather than using this form.
